What to expect

  • Season: July–September (seasonal, depends on warm water currents)

  • Vessel: 28' Hewes Alaskan offshore boat, fully rigged for trolling with multiple lines

  • Fishing grounds: 20–60 miles offshore, based on where the fish are

  • Typical catch: Albacore averaging 15–30 lbs

  • Limits: Generous limit — up to 25 fish per person (check current regulations)
